Castings produced at M&K Die Casting are designed to minimize and, where possible, eliminate secondary machining and finishing requirements. Our casting experience includes transformer housings, regulator diaphragm retainers, cover plates and visual display assemblies.

Complex Designs

M&K Die Casting successfully addresses these special needs by incorporating slides and special core pulls into the die design. Included are electrical motor housings, regulator bodies and switch control housing parts.

Integrally Cast Inserts

For special characteristics not obtainable in die casting alloys, integrally cast inserts may be an economical method of achieving extra hardness at points of wear, special bearing qualities, passages for liquids or gases, electrical or heat insulating properties, good electrical contact, resiliency, etc. We can provide the expertise to manufacture these high-tech products.
